I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master\u2019s Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. I have practiced as an APRN since 2015, serving clients of all ages in outpatient, inpatient, and residential substance treatment settings. I have been privileged to provide telemedicine services across the state of Arkansas, however, the majority of my career has been focused on providing treatment to rural communities.<\/p>\n
I take an evidence-based, interdisciplinary approach, and believe that all members of your care team have an important role to play in empowering you to meet your treatment goals. I have extensive experience in treating mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety\/trauma disorders, mental health disorders of childhood, and substance use disorders. I strongly believe that each client should be confident and educated when it comes to their medication. I am always open to dialogue and questions. My goal is to work with my clients to develop an individualized medication management plan that both addresses symptoms and improves quality of life.<\/p>\n
