We go through several stages in life, such as marriage, parenthood, and retirement. We are faced with new obstacles at each stage. A mental health professional can help you navigate these new stages and obstacles.<\/p>\n
My purpose is to help people faced with challenges and obstacles using the approach that works best for the individual. I enjoy working with populations ages 15 and older who are dealing with a variety of issues, particularly anxiety, depression and those adjusting to challenges in life that can feel overwhelming. I also enjoy working with couples. As a currently serving Airman in the Guard and active duty spouse, I have a passion for helping military members and veterans.<\/p>\n
I received my Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri in 2015 and my Master’s of Science in Social Work with a specialization in Military Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2020.<\/p>\n
In my free time, I really enjoy cycling, reading and spending time with my family.<\/p>\n
