Life is full of change, and navigating it can be challenging. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed,
frustrated, or unsure of how to handle new situations, and we may also grieve the losses and
transitions that come with different stages of life. Our natural ways of coping can make daily life
feel harder.<\/p>\n
My work is about helping people move beyond just getting by and toward confidence, resilience,
and meaningful connection. I approach each client with empathy and respect, helping them
understand and manage emotions and navigate change. I honor each person as the expert on their
own experience and support them in living authentically and fully.<\/p>\n
I am proud to be an Arkansan and a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Master of
Science in Counseling. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and
finding balance and inspiration in the world around me.<\/p>\n
