Megan Beard has over 13 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children and their families in Northwest Arkansas. She has a great passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families. She loves helping families work together to build stronger bonds and achieve their life goals. Megan has worked in a variety of settings in the Northwest Arkansas (NWA) community, including outpatient clinic, school-based services, in-home services, and private practice. She has extensive professional experience treating a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety to depression, to attachment and trauma-related issues. Megan is trained in TF-CBT, and she incorporates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy-based techniques to treat children exposed to trauma and their families when appropriate. Megan provides quality services that best fit her clients\u2019 needs. She also loves to have fun with her clients, and will often incorporate many different types of play and art based activities into her practice.<\/p>\n
