My clinical approach integrates evidence-based methods with a strong emphasis on narrative, identity, and meaning-making. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral as well as Solution Focused therapies. I believe that healing isn\u2019t about fixing what\u2019s broken\u2014it\u2019s about rediscovering what\u2019s whole.<\/p>\n
