I desire to provide a therapeutic space where healing can begin and you are seen, heard, and understood. As you begin your journey on what may seem like a bumpy ocean, I am dedicated to sitting with you in the boat through the waves and collaborating with you in navigating to your destination. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have training in Family Therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy.<\/p>\n
A couple fun facts about me, I grew up in Nicaragua and I enjoy sharing and learning new cultures and backgrounds. I find joy in cooking and eating delicious food while hanging out and playing games with friends.<\/p>\n
