I believe that every individual and family deserve to have a place where they feel heard, supported, and safe. I aim to provide a therapeutic space that allows for collaboration to heal while processing life\u2019s current stressors.<\/p>\n
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and currently in the process of completing the training for Child Parent Psychotherapy. During my time in the therapeutic space, I have provided trauma informed care with a focus on children and families. I have experience working in foster care, adoption, individuals life stressors, and traumatic events. I can assist individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, and overcoming traumatic life experiences. I have a passion to build connections between children and their families. Working to resolve conflict, improve communication, build attachment, and respond to behaviors.<\/p>\n
I use a person-centered approach that is empathically driven. Allowing for self-discovery helping the individual reach their full potential and make positive life changes.<\/p>\n
There is nothing more humbling than getting to walk alongside both children and families in different seasons of life. No matter the season of life I aim to empower and provide a safe place that allows for growth and positive change.<\/p>\n
