In life, we all face many challenges and navigating these challenges can prove to be difficult. As a licensed associate counselor I can help you navigate the challenges that may have impacted your physical\/mental health. I have experience working with students that have behavioral issues, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and difficulties with social interactions. I have also worked with adults who are experiencing adjustment disorders, weight concerns, depression, anxiety and many physical disabilities.<\/p>\n

If you’re reading this, you’ve taken the first step to seek help which often times a difficult decision to make. As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your challenges by listening and building a rapport with you so that you will feel empowered. I will provide support and collaboration with the goal of you becoming the best version of yourself.<\/p>\n
