I most often work with adults and teens to address relationship and communication problems, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also commonly work with pre-teens, couples, parents, and families, and help my clients to address disordered eating, women’s issues, attachment issues, trauma, suicidal ideation\/self-harm, and self-sabotaging patterns of behavior. Because everyone’s story is different, I offer personalized approaches to meet you wherever life has you.<\/p>\n
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Eating Disorder Informed Professional, and have training in Brainspotting trauma therapy phases I and II.<\/p>\n
